Hi there! I’m Lisa Blosser. I’ve been working as a psychotherapist for 20 years! I love what I do and I have learned so much from the amazing individuals I have worked with.
I believe in a holistic/eclectic approach to therapy because everyone and every situation is different. It’s so important to have a safe and comfortable place to share your story and I believe my relaxed approach provides just that.
My approach to therapy is personalized and collaborative. I believe in setting goals and working towards them, but I also know people just need to talk. I utilize a variety of techniques and have found great success with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am grateful and honored to do this work.
